Go to your administration panel, and make sure you're set to advanced. Go to......let me check......modules. Scroll down, and on the left of the screen, there should be a little box that says "chat box" In that little box, click "configuration". On the following page there should be an option that says "activate the chatbox". Select "yes". Then choose where you want it (i.e. bottom or top of homepage)

Haha, that's what I did. Wow, visiting this site twice in one day, that's more than I did when I was an admin... Okay if you go to the RPG-Directory (God, that site has everything) you can set sites up for adoption.
